Payment Terms
Ten Percent (10%) down payment at the time of signing the purchase agreement. The balance will be due at closing. Full possession of the real estate will be at closing. Seller will provide a Quit Claim Deed to the Buyer. If Buyer chooses to have a Warranty Deed all costs associated with title insurance and and any real estate related closing costs will be paid by BUYER. Seller shall pay 2017 and all prior year real estate taxes. Taxes for 2018 will be proprated to the date of closing.
